We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our HR team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted partner to hiring managers by understanding their needs and creating proactive recruitment strategies that provide consistent candidate activity for open positions. Responsibilities:



  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for open positions across the business from job posting to candidate screening to employee onboarding.
  • Deliver consistent candidate flow for assigned openings through a mix of strategies including job postings, paid sponsorships, proactive sourcing, job fair attendance, employee referrals, and other methods.
  • Support overall HR department activity through execution of employee onboarding, orientation, and other areas as required.
  • Serve as a positive and visible ambassador for the Enercon brand in daily conversations with candidates and employees.
  • Provide an effective level of visibility for recruitment activity to leaders across the business.
  • Partner with other HR team members to enhance the efficiency of our recruiting function including our ATS setup, effective interview strategies, and other areas.
  • Maintain our HRIS (Paycom) and ensure data integrity for all candidate activity, new hires, and employee information.
  • Ensure positive momentum with each requisition as assigned by engaging across the business to ensure we are consistently moving hiring activity forward.
  • Support actions that promote employee engagement through effective communication and participation in various employee groups or activities
  • Drive process improvements throughout the HR function by developing procedures, making recommendations, and implementing solutions as identified.
  • Support other areas as assigned. Responsibilities include, but are not necessarily limited to, the duties listed on this job description.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • At least two (2) years of demonstrated recruiting experience for roles across various levels of the organization. Demonstrated experience filling technical roles including engineering, sales, or other related areas.
  • Demonstrated experience working with an applicant tracking system (ATS). Prior experience with Paycom preferred.
  • Willingness to support HR initiatives in an expanding environment and be a partner in supporting the strategic direction of the company.
  • Willingness and ability to perform work on-site as needed in order to more effectively partner with hiring managers and other stakeholders across the business.
  • Effective interpersonal skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate diplomacy, tact, and professionalism in all interactions with employees and management.
  • Microsoft Office suite experience including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
