Responsibilities

- Act as the first point of contact to troubleshoot UKG and triage, diagnose, and assign/resolve issues originating from end-users, business process events, etc.
- Configure the HRIS system to support the HR and Payroll functions and business processes.
- Review and audit HR data for accuracy. Make recommendations to HR/Payroll teams on corrections as needed. Implement new audits and process improvements.
- Create new reports, adjust existing reports as needed based on requests.
- Generate existing reports from instruction document, sometimes pulling multiple reports together using Excel.
- Train end users on system functionality and create written documentation for distribution and knowledge sharing.
- Lead small sized HRIS projects or tasks with little direction from manager; participate as HRIS team member in large-scale projects.
- Act as backup for Senior HRIS Analyst.

Skills

- Experience with enterprise systems, namely UKG (UltiPro) and iCIMS ATS preferred.
- Experience with large scale HRIS applications such as SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, or PeopleSoft can act as a substitute for preferred applications.
- Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to use Microsoft products, especially Excel.
- Testing and Reporting experience preferred.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment with teammates in different locations, disciplines.
- Ability to manage small projects simultaneously with production support, working under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Highly analytical with the ability to process large quantities of data. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills required.
- Strong knowledge of HR, Benefits, and Payroll processes.

Depending on experience + Quarterly performance based bonus
