SUMMARY:

Directs activities concerned with contracts for sale of equipment, materials, products, or services by performing the following duties.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university.

EXPERIENCE: 2-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

0-5 years with BA/BS.

KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Assists Contract Administration personnel in the following:

  • Prepares bids, proposals, process specifications, test and progress reports and other proposal or contractual documentation as required.
  • Reviews bids, proposals and contracts for conformity to contract requirements and determines acceptability. Performs as the designated leader of negotiating teams for negotiation of contracts with customers. This includes, but is not limited to:
    • Collection of data, review and interpretation of terms and conditions for risk mitigation and legal compliance, coordination of interdepartmental inputs for proposal submittal.
    • Conducting proposal preparation in accordance with customer's RFP and compliance of terms, government specifications and other requirements.
    • Has the authority to sign memoranda of understanding and agreement.
  • The main customer point of contact for the negotiation team of for all aspects of proposals. (Strong negotiation skills strongly preferred)
  • Requests and/or approves amendments to or extensions of contracts.
  • Advises other departments of contractual rights and obligations, and monitors contract performance.
  • Prepares official work authorizations, contractual documents and records.
  • Coordinates work of sales and marketing departments with production and shipping departments to implement fulfillment of contracts.
  • Maintains close working relationship with Program Management and associated project teams, providing contractual advice and guidance as required in order to ensure compliance with Requests For Proposals/Quotations and/or contractual requirements.
  • Acts as liaison between the Division and its customers. Primary point of contact, with customers and a liaison for interdepartmental collaboration, will be responsible for review, distribution and compliance with solicitations/RFPs/RFQs, contracts/orders received from the US Government, Government Subcontractors as well as domestic and foreign Commercial customers.Originates and receives official contractual correspondence for and from customers, and performs as the official point of contact for contractual matters. This position will work closely with Contracts Management and or Senior Contracts Administrator.

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that my be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.
