Position Description:
As a Clinical Program Coordiantor III in Emergency Medicine you will work independently under the administrative direction of the Clinical Operations Administrator to coordinate the day-to-day administrative activities of the program.
Primary Functions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and institutional policies.
- Focuses on clinical operations and informatics.
- Utilizes data to inform decision-making and performance improvement efforts.
- Coordinate the development of program materials including educational clinical operations materials, marketing materials, websites, forms, and reports.
- Maintain program timeline including tracking deadlines for program components.
- Manage program activities with a focus on maximizing and maintaining a strong awareness of financial impact.
- Organize internal and external meetings. Coordinate and manage program outreach activities including acting as a liaison with community organizations.
- Conduct or coordinate training for program participants.
- Collect, analyze, and disseminate program data.
- Report program data and progress to program stakeholders.
- Participate on appropriate committees relevant to the advancement of the program and the profession.
- Coordinate recruitment and training of program staff.
- Lead and manage department projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.

Appropriate experience may be substituted on equivalent basis
Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's Degree
Minimum Required Experience: 5 years
Preferred Education: Master's Degree
Preferred Experience: Informatics, Project Management, Data Analysis
