SALARY RANGE: $149,781 - $226,673/ year WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.) Nokia of America Corporation, SaaS Business Platform Development Lead (Multiple Positions), Dallas, TX. Provide Cloud and Network Services for Nokia's SaaS Business Platform by reviewing requirements and ensure they comply with the system architecture. Review the design of all new functionality produced by the developers and provide direction/input that ensures adherence with the architecture, development guidelines and best practices. Create design for assigned new features/functionality and bug fixes and review with the SaaS Business Platform (SBP) team. Provide daily guidance to the developers on the team on implementation alternatives. Implement new requirements in ServiceNow and ensure on-time delivery. Escalate blocking/critical issues to SBP Head to ensure they can be resolved quickly and without impacting delivery. Interface with other Nokia internal development teams to design and implement APIs. #LI-DNI JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Systems, Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Systems or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's progressive related work experience. Or a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Systems, Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Systems or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience with the following: ServiceNow development, including record producers, workflows and integrations; Design and implement custom ServiceNow based User Interfaces (UI)/screens; Agile mode of operation; Java development; and Enterprise customer interfacing platforms. Telecommuting from a location within commuting distance of Dallas, TX may be permitted up to 100%. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
