Responsible for supporting the daily operational and administrative functions of the local Growth Leadership Team. Ensures essential operational efficiency with a detail-oriented approach, enabling Growth Leaders to concentrate on sales-related activities that contribute to market growth. Collaborates closely with the local Growth Team and other functional leaders to develop and maintain the operational infrastructure that support the respective local market sales activities and growth initiatives.

Location: Salt Lake County, Utah

Schedule: Monday through Friday between the hours of 8am-5pm local time

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Provides support to assigned Growth teams through the delivery of consistent and usable reporting, data analytics and various other operational processes that impact market growth
  • Solves moderately complex problems individually and in a collaborative team environment
  • Plans, prioritizes, organizes and completes work to meet established strategic objectives and deadlines
  • Consistently demonstrates ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships at all levels internally and externally ensuring a best-in-class experience
  • Demonstrates great depth of knowledge/skills in one's function and sometimes acts as a technical resource for others
  • Identifies and anticipates business needs
  • Proactively addresses challenges and opportunities that contribute to innovative solutions
  • Organizes/maintains calendars and electronic file management systems
  • Coordinates, schedules and set up in-person and virtual meetings
  • Manages local market collateral and inventory levels
  • Organizes and reconciles department expenses
  • Coordinates team member travel
  • Complies with Applicable Laws, Regulations and Policies
  • Demonstrates Integrity and Diversity Awareness

Required Qualifications:



  • High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
  • 2+ years of administrative support experience
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with sorting, filtering and formatting data in MS Excel
  • Ability to work onsite in the local Draper, Utah office


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Previous Healthcare/Medicare experience
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Previous experience working with CRM (Salesforce)
  • 2+ years of experience managing an office or retail location
