We are seeking a Program Manager II to lead and manage our FDA remediation efforts, with potential for involvement in other audit streams. This role will focus on overseeing large-scale remediation projects, managing multiple project managers, and ensuring all deliverables are met on schedule and within cost standards. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, results-driven, and has significant experience in program management, particularly in regulated industries such as medical devices. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage FDA remediation projects, as well as other audit-related remediation efforts.
- Oversee and manage multiple project managers, ensuring successful project execution.
- Strategize, implement, and optimize large-scale program initiatives across various operational projects, including mergers, acquisitions, manufacturing transfers, and capacity expansions.
- Manage program deliverables to ensure they are achieved on or ahead of schedule and within cost standards.
- Ensure projects align with organizational objectives, quality standards, and business goals.
- Develop and maintain program assessment protocols for evaluation and continuous improvement.
- Oversee budget management and funding channels to maximize productivity.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration.
- Demonstrate leadership and management skills in driving project success, both within the team and with external stakeholders.
- Implement and manage performance evaluation processes, ensuring adherence to change management principles.
- Utilize creative problem-solving techniques to overcome challenges and improve program performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Business, Financial Management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- At least 10+ years of professional experience, with 5+ years in a program management role managing large-scale projects and cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience handling multiple projects or programs, ideally within a regulated industry such as medical devices.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Demonstrated success in leading teams through influence and driving program success.
- Strong business acumen with excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills at all organizational levels.
- Experience in managing stakeholder relationships and navigating complex challenges.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles or certification is a plus.
- Must be willing to take ownership of large projects and manage the execution from start to finish.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in project management tools and software.
