Our team is dedicated to developing expertise, solving challenges, and delivering valuable solutions that align with our innovative products and services, all while prioritizing the needs of our customers. The Sales Support Manager leads a team of Outside Sales professionals, and manages the processes that makes the customer experience with Airgas an exceptional experience. They serve customers, both internal and external by ensuring the staff reporting to him/her provides support to the field in the areas of creating pricing, order entry, back order review, procurement, sourcing, researching innovations, sales incentives, reduction of error rates, and other duties assigned.
