And we continue to stay true to our brand, even as we evolve to meet the demands of the ever-changing landscape Our North America Retail Brand Marketing team is looking for Senior Visual Merchandiser within the Columbia NA Store Experience Team, you will collaborate to develop and direct the execution of the Columbia Sportswear Company global visual merchandising standards within North America Columbia retail stores specifically for the Columbia Brand in our full price retail stores as well as Employee Store channels. Collaborates with and supports In Store Marketing (ISM) partners in development and execution of seasonal strategic in-store plans. Works side by side with Employee Store visual merchandiser counterpart to ensure consistency and alignment between the two channels. The incumbent must have complete knowledge of merchandising opportunities specific to each store and be an integral part of team charged with leveraging seasonal initiatives into store environments to increase sales and brand awareness.
