are seeking a skilled and driven professional with at least three years of experience and a strong background in litigation to join their dynamic team as an Attorney in Irvine, CA. Represent a diverse client base, including design professionals, construction experts, contractors, manufacturers, and owners, and grow your career with this exceptional direct-hire opportunity!

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000

1st Shift Hours: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

What are we looking for?



  • Extensive experience representing design professionals, contractors, manufacturers, and owners in legal matters.
  • Proven ability to handle multi-million-dollar private and public works construction cases.
  • Expertise in catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases.
  • Knowledge of projects involving: Hotels, casinos, and resorts; Freeways, highways, and roadways; Airports and justice centers; Wastewater treatment facilities and power plants; Healthcare facilities, schools, and residential or commercial developments.
  • Strong skills in contract drafting and negotiation for high-value projects.
  • Experience with claims assistance during design and construction phases.
  • Familiarity with lien actions and resolution processes.
  • Proficiency in mediation, arbitration, litigation, trial preparation, and appellate services.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with clients and insurance carriers globally.
