The role:

Reporting to the Global Creative Director, the Visual Merchandising Manager is a creative professional responsible for developing an overarching merchandising global strategy and building visually stunning displays that engage customers, enhance their experience, and increase sales.

You will collaborate with multiple departments, including marketing, commercial and growth, and the creative team, to create a cohesive brand message and visual aesthetic that aligns with goals.

You will lead and manage external partners, agencies, vendors and suppliers, working to ensure all displays and collateral are implemented.

What you will do:



  • Develop and implement creative visual merchandising strategies and offer end-to-end visual merchandising services that reflect the brand voice and goals.
  • Work with the Creative Director, the creative team and marketing team to ensure visual merchandising strategies align with creative direction for the brand across all channels.
  • Partner with and manage external teams, vendors, agencies and suppliers to develop, ensuring all collateral is produced and implemented to the highest expectations, within budget parameters and delivered on time.
  • Manage budgets for visual merchandising projects, ensuring expenses are within budget.


What you will need:



  • Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Graphic Design, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the Luxury Retail Industry or the Fashion Industry.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Visual Merchandising Software such as Sketchup, IWD, or equivalent.
