Location Expectations - This role is expected to work hybrid in Plano, Texas and relocation is not offered for this position. Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions is looking for a passionate, strategic, and detail-oriented communications manager focused on employee communications. This is a key role, creating engaging and impactful content and communications programs in support of the organization's business priorities. We're looking for a creative storyteller, writer, and channel manager with the ability to support multiple programs concurrently. Responsibilities will include partnering with stakeholders on communications initiatives, developing communications plans, writing internal articles and emails, producing a bi-weekly news update, coordinating events, and driving engagement with internal channels. The role will be a part of the Enterprise Wireless Solutions Marketing & Communications team, reporting to the Head of Employee & Executive Communications. What you will do
