YOUR MISSION
  • Manage orderbook of assigned accounts including Sales orders and Bulk orders.
  • Serve as a main point of contact and liaison between the account, internal operations team and Sales.
  • Manage the full order life cycle including internal coordination with Sales, Sales Planning, Demand Planning, Procurement, Compliance, Credit, Allocations and Warehousing.
  • Troubleshoot, communicate, and resolve orderbook issues with Accounts.
  • Analyze orderbook and develop/ execute a plan to meet customer's requirements and Sales goals.
  • Work with the Credit and Return teams to assist customer's needs and manage chargeback disputes.
  • Responsible for presenting monthly KPIs to Customer Service management and manage daily EDI uploads.
  • Act as a Mentor for peers.
  • Meet and represent department with Sales and Accounts including business travel.
  • Provide proactive solutions, with the autonomy to use best judgment to resolve issues.
YOUR TALENT
  • Bachelors or Associates degree preferred.
  • 5+ year of customer service experience, preferably in retail or athletic footwear/apparel industry.
  • Ability to work and collaborate with cross functional teams.
  • Advanced Excel knowledge required.
  • Ability to utilize successful time management and prioritization skills.
  • Advanced understanding of business process and JESTA knowledge.
  • Domestic travel may be required.
