The Tepper School of Business is seeking an Associate Director, Career Coach to join the Master's Career Center (MCC) team. Reporting to the Executive Director of the MCC, this role offers an exciting opportunity to apply your industry expertise and career counseling skills to support Master in Business Administration (MBA), Master in Business Analytics, and Master in Management (MSM) students. As a key advocate for our graduate students, you will work within a collaborative, matrixed team to deliver top-tier career services, empowering students to achieve success with leading employers worldwide.
