Duties and Responsibilities |
- Assists in the daily operations and all related functions of the Campus Transportation office.
- Ensures that parking, shuttle, 8-Ride, and van rental operations run efficiently on both
LSC and
WTC.
- Responsible for following all established departmental procedures and policies.
- Investigates and resolves customer inquiries via telephone, email, in person, and fax.
- Processes customer payments for daily parking, permit, and ticket fees.
- Troubleshoots malfunctioning pay machine equipment
- Monitors functioning of all parking gates through the computerized gate and camera system, and maintains pay machine equipment.
- Leads operations for game day parking during staffed athletics events
- Assists with coordinating parking arrangements for outside groups and university departments.
- Handles both paper and electronic filing and maintains multiple databases.
- Assists with transportation services such as 8-Ride, shuttle, and van rentals.
- Performs other duties and special projects as assigned. |
