Position: Master Electrician (LHT)

Department: Terminal Operations, Lucknow-Highspire Terminals

Location: Neville Island, PA with ability to travel to other area Terminals

Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 40 hours weekly, overtime as needed

Pay Range: $45 - $60 hourly, depending on experience

We are looking to hire a skilled and dedicated Master Electrician to join our team. This role is integral to the maintenance and capital improvement projects of our Terminals. Responsibilities include, performing the maintenance and repair of electrical equipment, apparatus and fixtures used at the Terminals. The ideal candidate will have experience in the oil & gas industry, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, repair and overhaul electrical equipment at the Terminal(s), using a variety of electrical test equipment, meters, powered and non-powered tools and equipment
  • Install new electrical, electronic equipment, electrical wiring according to the National Electrical Code and company electrical standards
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and specifications to determine wiring layouts.
  • Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs to maintain optimal functionality.
  • Work safely and cooperatively with co-workers and the public
  • Other related incidental work as needed
  • Comply with and practice proper equipment clearance procedures
  • Perform all work in compliance with applicable codes, standards, safety and environment regulations, as well as company policy & procedures

Qualifications

  • High School or GED equivalent, required
  • Current Master Electrician License, in good standing, required
  • 10 years' industrial electrical experience, minimum
  • 3 - 5 years' Oil & Gas industry experience, preferred
  • Valid Driver's License, required
  • Strong understanding of electrical codes, safety regulations, and best practices
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Working knowledge of conduit bends and wire pulls
  • Working knowledge of electrical systems, machines, and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze situations accurately, and adopt an effective course of action
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with little direction
  • Ability to travel to several Pennsylvania area terminals, and be available to work overtime as needed
