The Capital Stress Testing Manager will be responsible for developing and monitoring the capital stress testing program, conducting testing activities, analyzing testing results, and implementing improvements to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

This person will also:

  • Lead the development of models, including QRM Balance Sheet Management Framework, used for capital stress testing and various other related reporting

  • Support identification and management of data sources used for capital stress testing

  • Perform analysis and review of internal capital stress testing related assumptions

  • Maintain documentation for internal capital stress testing, including risk taxonomy, scenario design, assumption methodology, model documentation reporting, model process/procedures

  • Coordinate management oversight of capital stress testing program and communicate results to senior leadership

  • Support quantitative deliverables related to capital stress test reporting for risk appetite measures, limits as well as ad hoc requests

  • Assist with the management of interest rate risk analysis including IRR analysis process design, assumption validation, QRM Framework processing operations and results reporting

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics or other related field. Required

Experience

  • 2 years of experience Formal capital stress testing and/or interest rate risk modeling at a $50B+ banking institution. Required

  • 5+ years of Treasury experience in a banking institution. Required

  • 7+ years of Treasury experience in a banking institution. Preferred

  • 3-5 years of experience with QRM Balance Sheet Management Framework or other QRM Framework. Preferred
