Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Marketing Technology & Campaign Execution to join our growing team! In this role, you will be responsible for leading our marketing technology strategy, managing CRM systems, and overseeing the operational execution of marketing campaigns. You will play a crucial role in leveraging platforms to drive customer engagement, optimize marketing operations, and achieve business objectives.

As a Senior Manager, Marketing Technology & Campaign Execution, your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Marketing Technology Strategy:Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing technology strategy aligned with business goals and marketing objectives
  • CRM Systems Management:Oversee the implementation, integration, and maintenance of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud) to enhance customer data management, segmentation, and personalization
  • Operational Campaign Execution and Optimization:Lead the operational execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless delivery across multiple channels (email, SMS, paid media, etc.) and recommendations on how campaigns can be optimized to achieve business objectives
  • Analytics and Insights:Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance, customer journeys, and ROI
  • Collaboration:Partner closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, IT, sales, and customer service to align strategies and achieve cohesive customer experiences
  • Vendor Management:Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and technology partners to maximize the effectiveness of marketing technology solutions
  • Budget Management:Develop and manage budgets related to marketing technology investments, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
  • Team Leadership:Lead and mentor a team of marketing technology specialists, CRM administrators, and campaign operations professionals
  • Compliance and Governance:Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and implement best practices for data governance within CRM systems
Qualifications

WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE:

  • Education:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field required
  • Experience:8+ years of experience in marketing technology, CRM systems management, and operational campaign execution within the telecommunications or related industry
  • Leadership Skills:5+ years of current experience managing large teams, projects and building structure and processes. Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives, and achieving measurable results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Proficiency:Expertise in Marketing automation platforms, customer data platforms, CRM systems and familiarity with marketing analytics tools
  • Strategic Thinker:Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
  • Communication:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
