ABOUT THE POSITION Columbia Sportswear's dynamic global supply chain consists of 4 distribution centers, 430 retail stores, 80 apparel factories and 20 footwear factories worldwide. We pride ourselves on being able to get products to market quickly, safely, and in the most cost-effective manner. By leveraging data analytics, we are constantly pushing to make smarter business decisions and identifying innovative ways to make Columbia Sportswear's supply chain more efficient and effective to meet our consumers' ever-changing needs. The Sr. Global Demand Planner - Footwear will play a key role in long range planning and providing analytical insights for the Sorel Brand. From Product Creation and Go-To-Market processes, through seasonal execution, this role creates and leverages analytics to lead and inform cross-functional decisions related to product assortment strategy, tracking key performance indicators, and inputs into Supply Chain decisions. Additionally, this role will be accountable for driving a consensus Global Demand Plan considering multiple data and cross-functional inputs. Individuals in this role may also expect to participate in continuous improvement activities and/or projects representing the functional team. *This position is a hybrid work model with 3 days per week onsite requirements in our Portland, OR office.
