Your ability to navigate complex technical challenges and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders sets you apart as a leader in the field.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Design and develop methodologies of HPC with in-depth performance characterization and analysis on large multi-GPU and multi-node clusters.
  • Write software and utilities to study the interaction of CPU/GPU software components with all hardware (GPU, CPU, Networking) in the stack to craft specifications and prototype measurement/visualization tools.
  • Design and develop high-quality software (parallel algorithms) using CUDA/ROCm/Hip code to accelerate algorithms in the areas of computational geometry, graphics, and signal-image processing.
  • Coach junior and experienced developers in GPU coding, utilization, and analysis techniques to expand the scope of effectiveness.
  • Build a cohesive GPU organization across several Mask product applications.
  • Host, design, and plan collaborative activities with a dynamic team across multiple time zones in the areas of HPC/network-centric software development, database/ML/AI, and computational lithography-centric algorithms.

The Impact You Will Have:

  • Lead the organization towards building an architecture that defines an industry standard in GPU-based OPC (Optical Proximity Correction) software solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with hardware vendors and guide our customers in future HPC investments, demonstrating both technical proficiency and strong communication skills.
  • Set a technical roadmap in conjunction with product management to ensure a solid future for our software on GPU.
  • Drive innovation in HPC solutions that effectively utilize today's hardware for task acceleration while preparing for cutting-edge GPU architectures on the horizon.
  • Enhance the performance and scalability of our software products, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our customers.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence across the organization.

What You'll Need:

  • MS/Ph.D. in CS/CE/EE or computation-oriented engineering majors or equivalent.
  • Minimum 13 years of related experience in the HPC field, with prior experience as an architect on large-scale software development projects.
  • Demonstrable expertise in GPU coding, debugging, and parallel algorithm development for numerical analysis, computational geometry, graphics, and signal-image processing.
  • Experience utilizing HPC (including GPU) for EDA is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience and algorithm-development-oriented skills in Linux-network/cloud computing/CUDA/ROCm/C/C++/Python/ML/AI.
