About the Role:

Are you ready to make an impact in the world of replenishment planning? Join our team as a Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment (CPFR) Planner for Walmart, where you'll be at the heart of ensuring everyday favorites in our Cookies, Cones, and Crusts categories are always on shelves for customers to enjoy.

In this customer-facing role, you'll take the lead in managing inventory dynamics, analyzing shipment and consumption trends, and fine-tuning forecasts to drive On-Time In-Full (OTIF) success. As part of the Replenishment Planning team, your expertise will ensure we meet our in-stock metrics and exceed customer expectations, making you an essential part of our supply chain success.

TheCollaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment (CPFR) Planner for Walmart is a hybrid role and is based in Bentonville, Arkansas.

Main Responsibilities:

  • SupportGross Sales Value (GSV) growth and driveoperational efficiencies, working jointly with the Account Team Lead and Demand and Planning teams
  • Collaborate with the customer to identify areas of opportunity for greater efficiency and service improvements
  • Effectively influence replenishment settings inventory management policies that maximize product availability at the location level, while balancing product in the supply chain
  • While focused on Everyday (EVD)assortment, knowledge of seasonal activations and tentpoles that will impact the EVD business will also be key to this role's success
  • Innovation absorption into EVD replenishment planning via partnership with Account Manager and Trade Marketing post distribution and velocity stabilization
  • Implement and drive CPFR process improvements through cross-functional collaboration as well as partnering with customers to drive achievement of Supply Chain metrics and account level replenishment Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Conduct detailed analytics on order and supply chain issues, utilizing advanced systems and process excellence tools
  • Work collaboratively with the customer, internal customer sales team andFerrero USA Sales and Supply Chain organizations to improvecustomer forecast accuracy, achievecustomer service level and inventory goals, and drivethe qualitative and quantitative customer forecast through operations

Who we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field required
  • 3+years of progressive experience in Sales Planning, Forecasting, or Demand Planning; CPG Preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills - raw data manipulation across multiple sources and reporting development
  • Comfort and ability to navigate interaction with Senior Leadership and Customer Leadership
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to developand maintainpositive cross-functional relationships
  • Effective time management skillls;maximizes productivity to meet critical monthly check-points
  • Walmart Luminate experience a plus
