Join us This is a professional, exempt, Information Technology position responsible for design, implementation, management and support of Linux workstations, and research instrumentation and devices. The successful candidate will analyze, document, install and maintain operating systems and servers, storage systems and other physical and software systems supported by the IT department. Providing excellent face-to-face technical support to both internal and external constituents is required. Due to the rapid change in this field, remaining current with emerging IT trends related to research computing and research support is expected. The successful candidate for this position will work well under pressure and maintain professional composure during high stress events. Outstanding communication skills are required. Anticipated Hiring Range
The anticipated hiring range for this position has been established as $52,223-$83,304 annually. Salary is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the individual's particular combination of education, skills, and experience, as well as organizational requirements.
