Remote role with up to 50% Travel The Multi-Site Supplier Quality Manager is a direct report of the Siding Products Group Quality & Process Control Director and is a member of Staff. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the quality management of our suppliers to ensure that they meet or exceed our company's standards. This role requires a strong background in supplier quality management, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives. The Supplier Quality Manager will work closely with suppliers, cross-functional teams, and internal stakeholders to enhance product quality, reduce defects, and optimize supply chain performance. This role has responsibility to all of SPG sites to ensure that the suppliers and third-party manufacturers produce products that meet or exceed established quality specifications; partnering with plant Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and R&D as needed to identify and resolve supplier quality issues. This position: participates in setting raw material specifications, conducting supplier audits, issuing, and managing Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs) and supplier performance metrics development and monitoring Essential Functions:

Certain states require pay information be provided in job postings. The national pay range for this position is $99,900 to $154,800 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 13% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The total target cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $112,887.00 to $174,924.00 Legal Statement
